About Ace Key Masters
A specialist auto locksmith service built on expertise, trust, and a genuine passion for getting you back on the road — fast.
Who We Are
Ace Key Masters is a specialist auto locksmith service operating across Kent and Surrey. We founded the business with one goal: to provide a faster, more knowledgeable, and more affordable alternative to main dealer key services.
We're not a general locksmith who occasionally works on cars. Auto locksmithing is all we do — and we do it to the highest standard. Every job is carried out with professional-grade equipment and a commitment to leaving your vehicle exactly as we found it.
Whether you're locked out at the roadside, need a spare key cut and programmed, or have an immobiliser fault that's left you stranded, we'll be with you quickly and get the job done right.
VAG Group Specialists
Our deepest expertise lies in vehicles built on the Volkswagen Group's MQB and MLB platforms — covering Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, and Škoda. These modern platforms use sophisticated immobiliser and key systems that demand specialist knowledge and equipment. We've invested heavily in the right tools and training to handle even the most complex VAG group key and immobiliser work.
Qualified & Accredited
We hold the accreditations that matter — so you can trust the person working on your vehicle.
SERMI Accredited
Officially accredited under the SERMI scheme, giving us authorised access to manufacturer security data for key and immobiliser work on modern vehicles.
Fully Insured
Comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance on every job.
DBS Checked
All engineers hold a current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check for your complete peace of mind.
Why Choose Us
Specialist Knowledge
We focus exclusively on auto locksmithing — not general locksmith work. That means deeper expertise and better outcomes for your vehicle.
MQB & MLB Experts
VAG group vehicles on modern platforms need specialist tools and training. We have both — and we use them every day.
No Main Dealer Prices
Main dealers charge a premium for key and immobiliser work. We deliver the same quality at a fraction of the cost, with the convenience of coming to you.
Available 24/7
Lockouts and lost keys don't keep office hours. We're available around the clock across Kent and Surrey.
No Hidden Charges
We quote upfront and stick to it. No call-out fees, no surprises on the invoice.
Non-Destructive Entry
We use specialist tools and techniques to gain entry without damage — protecting your vehicle and your no-claims bonus.
